We’re looking for a dependable Prep Cook who can move with urgency, stay sharp under pressure, and help keep the kitchen dialed in for every shift. In a high-energy sports bar, strong prep sets the tone for service. It keeps the line stocked, the team moving, and game-day rushes under control. If you take pride in quality, consistency, and being the person the kitchen can count on when the pace picks up, this role matters.


What You’ll Do

  • Prep fresh ingredients daily, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and signature recipe items, so the kitchen is ready before the doors open and the volume hits
  • Portion, label, and rotate product with accuracy to support consistency, control waste, and keep every station set for smooth service
  • Keep your prep area clean, organized, stocked, and game-day ready so the line can move fast without missing a beat
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards on every shift, even when the pace is high and tickets are coming in nonstop
  • Jump in where needed during rushes, restock the line, and support the team to help keep service efficient, focused, and on track
