Ascendent Health Partners | Private Group Practice
Full Time: 30-35 hours per week | 4- or 5-day schedule | No weekends

Practice Dentistry Like the Patient Is Someone You Love

Ascendent Health Partners is looking for a Full-Time General Dentist in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area to join an established private dental practice entering the next chapter of its growth.

Because this practice is currently in a confidential transition, we can't share its identity publicly yet. What we can share is the kind of opportunity we're building.

We believe healthcare is about human connection, not transactions. Patients deserve more than procedures. They deserve a doctor who sees the person attached to the teeth, listens to what matters to them, earns their trust, and helps them achieve better health.

We're looking for a dentist who is or wants to become that doctor.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants meaningful mentorship today and the potential to become an equity partner tomorrow-without taking out a second mortgage to buy into a practice.

The Opportunity

You'll join an established practice with an experienced team, strong patient relationships, dedicated clinical support, and the resources of Ascendent Health Partners behind you.

Our doctors maintain significant clinical autonomy. We believe the provider-patient relationship is sacred, and healthcare decisions belong between the doctor and the patient.

You'll have meaningful influence over the supplies, vendors, clinical systems, and workflows that affect the care you provide.

Our goal isn't to tell doctors how to practice.

Our goal is to surround excellent doctors with excellent people, education, systems, and resources-and then empower them to provide exceptional care.

What Dentistry Looks Like Here

Our doctors provide comprehensive general dentistry and are encouraged to continually expand their clinical capabilities.

We want approximately 80% of patient needs to be cared for within the practice when doing so is clinically appropriate and in the patient's best interest.

We're looking for doctors comfortable providing strong bread-and-butter dentistry while developing or already possessing advanced proficiency in at least one additional area, such as:

  • Molar endodontics
  • Surgical extractions
  • Implant dentistry
  • Clear aligner therapy
  • Comprehensive care for children and families

Specialists remain available when referral is the right decision for the patient.

We do not expect our general dentists to provide airway treatment or Botox services.

Your Day

Our doctors typically complete approximately 14-16 hygiene exams per day while providing comprehensive restorative and advanced treatment.

You'll work alongside trained team members and receive dedicated assisting support.

We value doctors who can effectively diagnose, communicate, lead, and delegate rather than attempting to do everything themselves.

There are no weekend schedules.

Full-time doctors generally work 30-35 clinical hours per week over four or five days.

Doctors also participate in an on-call rotation to ensure established patients have access to care when urgent needs arise.

Who Thrives Here

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Care deeply about the people attached to the teeth
  • Believe trust is earned one patient interaction at a time
  • Want clinical autonomy while also valuing collaboration
  • Are coachable and genuinely enjoy learning
  • Want to become a more comprehensive clinician
  • Are comfortable delegating to highly trained team members
  • Want to lead and develop a healthy clinical team
  • Put the patient's best interest ahead of convenience
  • Treat teammates according to the same Golden Rule you apply to patients
  • Want mentorship rather than simply a place to produce dentistry
  • Are interested in becoming a future partner and helping build something long-term

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experienced dentists looking for a stronger clinical and ownership opportunity are equally welcome.

Mentorship & Clinical Development

We believe excellent private-practice dentistry requires excellent doctors-and excellent doctors never stop developing.

Trial Partner doctors receive access to:

  • Up to $10,000 annually for continuing education
  • Clinical mentorship from experienced dentists
  • Coaching and support as you expand your procedural skill set
  • Opportunities to learn comprehensive treatment planning and interdisciplinary care
  • A clinical environment that encourages lifelong learning rather than stagnation

We aren't looking for someone who already knows everything.

We're looking for someone who wants to keep getting better.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation model provides security while rewarding doctors as their practices and patient relationships grow.

Compensation includes:

  • Base salary of approximately $120,000-$150,000
  • Additional compensation based on a percentage of net production
  • Average Ascendent dentist production of approximately $850,000 annually
  • Average doctor compensation of approximately $240,000 annually
  • Current doctor compensation ranging from approximately $130,000 to $400,000+, depending on production and experience
  • W-2 employment
  • Signing and/or relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Benefits include:

  • Medical insurance
  • Dental benefits
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Malpractice coverage paid by the practice
  • Professional dues paid by the practice
  • Up to $10,000 annual CE budget for Trial Partner doctors
  • Wellness-related benefits that may include reimbursement for massage therapy, mental-health services, and gym membership
  • Additional fringe benefits

Earned Equity - Not a Traditional Buy-In

We're intentionally looking for dentists who could become long-term partners.

After approximately 24 months as a Trial Partner/Associate, eligible doctors can begin earning equity in the growing practice.

Our model does not require the doctor to purchase that equity through a traditional practice buy-in.

We believe doctors who help create the future value of the organization should have the opportunity to participate in that value.

Technology & Clinical Resources

Depending on clinical need, doctors have access to modern technology and resources including:

  • Intraoral scanning
  • CT/CBCT imaging
  • Implant systems
  • Digital clinical workflows
  • Open Dental practice management software
  • Custom software built using our doctor's input for feature development requests.
  • In House equipment/repair technicians
  • In House IT support
