Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our Creative Marketing team. This role is focused on producing high-quality video and photography content, with a strong emphasis on video assets for social media campaigns and in-store screens. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who excels in capturing compelling footage that connects with audiences both online and in our physical retail environments. This a full time, onsite position, located on our Main Campus in Kerrville, TX.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and digital screens within our retail stores.
• Capture high-quality photographs for use in promotional materials, product spotlights, and other marketing collateral as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and retail teams to understand campaign objectives, product highlights, and brand messaging.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including planning, lighting, sound, scripting, and post-production editing to ensure polished final assets.
• Comfortably style jewelry and simple environments, including selecting and arranging props to support both studio and lifestyle shoots.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
• Finalize deliverables and maintain and organize video and photo libraries for easy access and future use.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree in Film, Photography, Media Production or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 2 years' professional experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects for social media and/or retail environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of video storytelling, story boarding, composition, and pacing, particularly for short-form and vertical video content.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• Proficiency with Capture One and video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to travel to various locations with possible overnight stays.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in jewelry or product photography and video.
