About the Role:
We are hiring a hands-on video editor to support a consistent flow of on-brand video content across social and other digital channels. This role is about maintaining momentum and visibility through frequent, well-executed video that supports product storytelling and brand presence.
The focus is on practical, repeatable video output that can be delivered week over week. This role sits within the Brand & Creative team and works closely with the social media team to keep content moving and aligned.
What You'll Do:
You will produce and edit short-form, social-first video content for always-on marketing, social media, product showcases, and internal communications. This work will primarily involve editing existing footage and selected stock assets, shaping content for clarity, pace, and relevance across channels.
You will collaborate closely with social media leads to ensure videos are built for the right platforms, formats, and timelines. You will also partner with the Canva intern to support simple video execution and ensure work aligns with brand standards.
You will work within established guidelines and templates and apply sound judgement around where to focus effort so work is delivered efficiently and ready to publish.
Scope and Focus:
This role is designed to support lightweight, high-frequency video needs and to complement our broader creative ecosystem. It plays an important role in enabling speed and consistency while keeping more complex or large-scale creative work focused where it delivers the most impact.
What You Need to Succeed:
You have hands-on experience editing short-form video content for digital and social channels. You are comfortable working with stock footage, existing brand assets, and simple captured footage where appropriate.
You understand how social-first video works and can adapt content for different platforms, including attention to pacing, framing, captions, and format requirements.
You are comfortable capturing very lightweight footage when needed using simple setups, including iPhone footage, and integrating that material seamlessly into edited content.
You are organised, reliable, and comfortable managing a steady flow of work with regular deadlines. You respond well to input and use feedback to improve the final output while keeping delivery on track.
You have practical experience with common video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar, and are comfortable working alongside Canva-based workflows.
Ways of Working:
You bring a pragmatic mindset, prioritising clarity, consistency, and progress. You understand brand guardrails and apply them thoughtfully without over-engineering the work.
You communicate clearly with brand, creative, and social partners and keep work moving through proactive updates and sensible prioritisation.
Why This Role Matters:
Video plays a growing role in how we show up, particularly as our products become more prominent in our storytelling. This role helps us meet that demand with greater speed and focus, strengthening our day-to-day presence while supporting the wider brand strategy.
