Automotive Sales Consultant Paul Clark Ford – Yulee, FL

Paul Clark Ford is a family-owned Ford dealership proudly serving Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Jacksonville, and surrounding Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia communities since 1993. We are looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build long-term relationships and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

  Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Build relationships with customers in-person, over the phone, text, email, and online
  • Follow up promptly with internet leads, showroom traffic, phone calls, and previous customers
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product presentations
  • Perform test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Present pricing, financing options, trade evaluations, and purchase paperwork professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in CRM software
  • Stay up to date on Ford products, incentives, programs, and market trends
  • Work closely with management and the finance department to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, social media, community involvement, and repeat business
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
