Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources and Payroll platforms. The individual will act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, and Information Technology, translating business needs into effective system solutions and technical designs that support operational efficiency to meet the broader business goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as a HRIT primary point of contact for HR and payroll functional team, coordinating and providing technical solutions and support of HCM systems.
  • Collaborate with MSP technical team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design.
  • Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.
  • Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
  • Design maintainable architectural solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and patches, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement solutions to improve efficiency and automation.
  • Ensure system and process compliance with data security, retention, and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain proper segregation of controls to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.ย 
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIT with strong HR system experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HCM platforms, programing language & PeopleSoft HR 9.2.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Experience collaborating with teams of developers and managing consecutive IT projects
  • Proficient in programming language SQR.
