The Senior Software Engineer (.Net \"& C#) will be focused on design, development, and enhance state of the art of our new redesigned Loan Origination System. We are looking for someone who wants to:

  • Partner and participate in solutions design sessions with architecture and other teams


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience with C#/.NET development, strong hands on coding experience.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud‑native architectures.

  • Proven ability to design and deploy scalable APIs and microservices.

  • Experience improving system performance, availability, and scalability.

  • 10+ with databases (SQL, Azure Data Explorer).

  • Expertise in working on a product that has both a cloud service and also a client components

  • Experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale resilient distributed systems.

  • Experience/familiarity with application and system monitoring systems.

  • Solid understanding of Azure networking, identity, and security fundamentals.

  • Experience with CI/CD, ARM, and automated deployments.

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS or Kubernetes).

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event‑driven architectures and messaging systems.

  • Knowledge of distributed caching, performance tuning, and observability tools.
