This position offers a fully remote work setting, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to conduct sessions. You will use the Simple Practice platform for secure messaging and video conferencing, allowing for effective communication with clients. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs and identify goals for therapy.
• Create, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific challenges.
• Provide therapy for a diverse clientele through virtual appointments, utilizing best practices in telehealth methodology.
• Engage with clients in effective, evidence-based therapy modalities, adapting approaches to suit varied backgrounds and situations, including trauma-informed care.
• Document all client interactions in accordance with ethical regulations and company policies using the Simple Practice platform.
• Participate in therapist peer support groups and continuing education sessions to ensure ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including teenagers, adults, and couples, who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health issues. Your ability to build rapport and create a safe therapeutic environment will be essential to facilitating meaningful client progress and positive outcomes.

• Must hold active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.
• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, with the ability to tailor interventions to individual client needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective therapy and client documentation.
• Demonstrated proficiency and comfort with virtual appointments and telehealth systems.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, particularly with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and prior experience working in remote settings is a distinct advantage.
• Background in group therapy or support network facilitation is appreciated.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting the experience and expertise you bring to our team. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
