These responsibilities are rarely taught in medical training, yet they often determine whether a practice succeeds. MedCBO helps physicians navigate these challenges by providing the guidance, systems, and support needed to build a strong business foundation while maintaining full control of clinical decision‑making. Our goal is simple: help physicians focus on patient care while building successful, sustainable practices.
