Job description

We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst - Investment Platforms with deep public markets investment knowledge and hands-on experience using SimCorp Dimension to design future-state processes, systems, and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise and business architecture design across portfolio management operations

  • Develop future-state business capability and process models

  • Translate investment workflows into scalable system and data architecture within SimCorp

  • Partner with investment, operations, and technology leaders on transformation initiatives

  • Support roadmap development and delivery execution

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience using SimCorp Dimension in investment operations or portfolio management

  • Strong public markets investment knowledge (equities, fixed income, derivatives, institutional portfolios)

  • Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, or transformation leadership

  • Ability to design and document business processes and operating models

Preferred
  • Experience with enterprise architecture tools (Ardoq or similar)

  • Consulting or large-scale financial transformation background

  • CFA or investment credentials
