Job Description
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - Fulfills the "Pilot Monitoring" role during Flight Simulator training. Attends all elements of the training event to support client's training and learning experience, including pre-flight and post flight briefings. Maintains professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors. Completes necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role.
Incumbent in this role would generally works on simple and defined unskilled tasks requiring limited judgment. Position requires basic skills and little to no prior work experience
