Job description

About Silverlight Digital

Silverlight Digital is a specialized digital media agency built for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. We design and execute complex, omnichannel media programs, spanning search, social, programmatic, CTV, endemic, and point-of-care, that connect our clients with both healthcare providers (HCPs) and patient audiences. Working in a highly regulated environment, we pair media expertise with analytics, strategy, and operational rigor to deliver campaigns that are measurable, compliant, and grounded in our clients’ business goals.

We think of ourselves as a true extension of our clients’ teams. That means understanding not just campaign objectives, but the brand priorities, competitive dynamics, and people behind them—and building collaborative, high-trust partnerships that drive shared success. If you’re looking to do meaningful work alongside a smart, dedicated team, we’d love to meet you.

This role serves as the senior day‑to‑day client lead and is accountable for delivering against client goals, building strong relationships, and driving alignment across media, analytics, and operations teams. We view this role as a true extension of the client’s team, understanding campaign goals, of course, but also understanding their business, brand priorities, and competitive set to discover ways of working that anticipate needs and drive shared success.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex, omnichannel media programs within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments, including campaigns targeting both healthcare providers (HCPs) and patient audiences.

Responsibilities Client Leadership

  • Lead client meetings, including status calls, reporting, and business updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders (including brand, marketing, and medical/regulatory teams) and with partner agencies (including analytics and creative teams)
  • Provide clear, proactive communication on performance, challenges, and opportunities
Account Oversight

The Client Partner is the conduit between the client, the media teams and creative counterparts and needs to clearly communicate in all directions to ensure success

  • Oversee execution of integrated, omnichannel media programs across channels (search, social, programmatic, CTV, endemic, point‑of‑care, etc.)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives
  • Maintain visibility into all account workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify risks and proactively manage issues in fast‑paced, regulated environments
  • Liaise between partner agencies
Performance Management
  • Monitor overall account performance against KPIs, business goals, and media objectives
  • Translate complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations in language your client will understand
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaigns across HCP and patient journeys
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned with client expectations
Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Lead collaboration across media, analytics, operations, finance, project management, and growth teams
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurement frameworks
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet deadlines, performance goals, and compliance requirements
Strategic Support
  • Partner with strategy and channel leads to ensure plans align with brand objectives and audience needs
  • Contribute to omnichannel planning discussions, including channel mix, sequencing, and audience strategy
  • Provide input on test‑and‑learn plans and optimization approaches based on performance trends
Business Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and introduce new capabilities
  • Support upsell initiatives and new business effortsContribute to RFPs and client presentations as needed
Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years of experience in account management within a media or digital agency
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising required
  • Experience managing complex, omnichannel media campaigns across HCP and patient audiences
  • Strong understanding of paid media, including search, social, programmatic, and endemic channels
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources, targeting approaches, and regulatory considerations
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead meetings independently
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Skills
  • Client relationship management
  • Omnichannel campaign coordination
  • HCP and patient audience strategy understanding
