What You’ll Do


The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common grounds of the property.


Your day-to-day may include:

  • Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed
  • Use power blower and pressure washer to clean breezeways, steps, sidewalks, pool areas, and any other common areas
  • Maintain the property’s flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
  • Pick up trash on the property and in common areas, including, but not limited to driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, and all public areas



Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience as a porter or similar function is preferred
  • Knowledge of using standard grounds maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power blowers, and pressure washers

The expected compensation range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
