Summary:

Signify Health is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Fulfillment Ops team. The Fulfillment Operations team enables our expansive clinical network by ensuring all clinical staff are equipped with the right supplies, at the right place, and right time for each member they visit. The Fulfillment Operations Coordinator is responsible for supply order intake, triage to vendor partners, and fulfillment tracking of all clinician supply requests across the network. Non-warehouse position.

In this role you will be responsible for the intake of return supply shipments and triaging equipment for proper re-fulfillment or disposal, along with standard QA protocols for managed devices. Additionally, the Fulfillment Operations Coordinator manages all clinician support and communication inquiries related to supply orders and shipment statuses, including coaching clinicians on supply management and reorder best practices.

This role reports directly to the Fulfillment Manager within the Clinician Experience Operations organization and is based in the Signify Health headquarters office in Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures each clinician has adequate supplies to perform IHE and diagnostic and preventative services as scheduled.
  • Pull daily reports to establish work lists to manage the fulfillment of initial supply shipments to newly onboarded clinicians to the Signify network.
  • Pull daily reports to aggregate resupply order requests from the existing clinician network and aggregate into bulk order files for submission to respective vendor partners and fulfillment distribution centers.
  • Engage with Signify supply vendor and fulfillment distribution center partners to ensure timely action on bulk order submissions within established SLAs.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and proper disposition of supplies returned from the clinician network.
  • Manage all aspects of tracking the end-to-end lifecycle of limited inventory devices inclusive of outbound shipment, return shipments, intake, QA, maintenance, and planned device movements across the clinician network.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to all clinician inquiries related to supply questions and supply order status within established response time SLAs.
  • Demonstrate accountability for ensuring all required response time SLAs and order management SLAs are met; inform and make recommendations on these SLAs as the business evolves or trends shift.
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
  • Located in DFW metro and able to be in office a minimum of 2 days per week

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a Support or Operations role in a corporate environment of a similar size/complexity (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in researching and diagnosing complex problems with the ability to resolve independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing an end-to-end recurring process; seeking to find areas of improvement
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and broader Google Suite platform
  • This is a hybrid position. You will be required to be in office 1 to 2 days a week. Location: Must be within commuting distance of the Dallas HQ offices located at 4055 Valleyview Lane in Dallas (Farmers Branch)

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
