This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Site Leader in Irving, TX, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Leads and mentors logistics team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

  • Develops warehouse strategy based on global logistics vision and proposes improvements

  • Leads and supports logistics projects aligned with regional and global strategies

  • Manages warehouse operations to meet customer order expectations and requirements

  • Ensures compliance with safety policies, security policies, custom regulations and quality standards

More about you

  • Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

  • 5+ years' experience in logistics management, including experience with warehouse operations and inventory management

  • Certification in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or similar is a plus

  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office a must

  • Six Sigma/lean experience preferably in a distribution/warehouse environment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary: $117,020- $171,000based on experience level

Bonus: target bonus opportunity15%
