This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Key Account Manager in the Southern Market (Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Southern California, Mexico and Missouri) with Signify.

  • Delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned accounts or territory. Develops account-specific sales and strategic plans aligned with business goals.
  • Leads joint strategic account planning processes to set performance objectives, identify business opportunities, and establish milestones for one and three-year periods.
  • Collaborates with product management and marketing teams to tailor offerings and drives continuous improvement initiatives by gathering client feedback and implementing solutions.
  • Prepares proposals and negotiates pricing, terms, and contracts within authorized limits. Ensures adherence to commercial policies and protects company margins.
  • Maintains up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in forecasts, pipeline data, and performance metrics. Provides accurate information to ensure proper forecasting and product availability. Reports sales performance and account progress regularly.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience in the field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles, with proven success in managing medium-large accounts and driving profitable growth.
  • No specific licenses required; however, certifications in Strategic Account Management, Consultative Selling are highly advantageous for demonstrating expertise in managing complex accounts and sales strategies.

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary:$108,000- 158,000 based on experience

Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 35%
