• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, subsequently developing comprehensive and effective treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
• Provide individualized therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques, with tailored approaches to encourage personal growth and resilience.
• Create and set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, continually monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual formats, offering flexibility for those with accessibility needs and ensuring that they receive consistent support regardless of location.
• Maintain precise documentation and case notes adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring our commitment to professionalism and reflective practice.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, instilling trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship.
• Capacity for empathy and compassion, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities, enabling effective management of a diverse caseload and associated administrative responsibilities.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy and digital platforms to deliver mental health services effectively.
• Familiarity with therapeutic practices focusing on trauma-informed care or evidence-based interventions.
• Background working in community health clinics or private practice settings, demonstrating a thorough understanding of client care processes.
