Job description

As Signify Technology enters its tenth year, we are continuing to invest in the development of our US client partnerships from our London headquarters.
This role exists as a result of sustained growth across our US client base and the need to continue developing meaningful, consultative partnerships with organisations who require more than transactional recruitment support.
As a Recruitment Consultant aligned to our US market, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 end-to-end recruitment process within one of our core markets across Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI. Working closely with both clients and candidates, you will support hiring partnerships across a range of hiring models, ensuring that we are positioned as a long-term partner rather than a short-term supplier.
Responsibilities
  • Developing new client relationships within US tech market
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment processes
  • Delivering against individual and multi-hire client requirements
  • Building and maintaining candidate networks within your market
  • Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process
  • Contributing to the growth of longer-term client partnerships./li>

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment
  • Experience working within the US technology market
  • A track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting
  • Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI markets
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions
  • Ability to operate within a high-performance environment

Why Signify?
Signify has grown consistently in revenue year-on-year since opening and now operates as a predominantly contract-focused consultancy business, with the majority of our work centred around long-term contract and project delivery.
Our consultants are not restricted to selling a single hiring model. Instead, they are supported to operate as hiring partners across both contract and permanent hiring, as well as embedded and project-based solutions. This enables broader client partnerships and access to more stable revenue streams than reliance on individual placements alone.
We operate a no-threshold commission structure designed to reward consistent performance across a quarterly period, with consultants able to earn up to 40% commission and no cap on earnings.
Top Performance is recognised through:
  • Quarterly kickers, paid in addition to standard commission
  • Monthly Lunch Clubs at some of London's most prestigious restaurants
  • Quarterly socials focused on team building and giving people the opportunity to switch off together
  • Six-monthly high-performance incentives for luxury global trips to destinations such as Miami, the Bahamas, Mexico and Mykonos.

Alongside performance recognition, we continue to invest heavily in the long-term development of our people, with 16 internal promotions in 2025 alone across both delivery and leadership roles.
We also offer a hybrid working model (3 days per week in our office).
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Diversity, equity and inclusion sit at the core of how we operate as a business. We are committed to creating an environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel supported, valued and able to succeed.
We take an active approach to ensuring our workplace is inclusive, respectful and representative of the communities we partner with. We do not tolerate exclusionary or discriminatory behaviour in any form and expect all employees to contribute to maintaining a collaborative and inclusive working environment
