This role allows for a remote work setting, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule while still promoting a collaborative environment with your colleagues. While you will be primarily practicing remotely, you will also have the chance to work in our welcoming outpatient office in Arlington, allowing for in-person collaborations and team events as needed. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health concerns of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans that directly address their needs.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each approach is tailored to the client's specific goals and challenges.
• Collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitoring their progress to adapt treatment as necessary.
• Offering teletherapy services to clients seeking remote sessions, maintaining high standards of care regardless of the format.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to meet ethical and regulatory standards while promoting accountability and transparency.
• Participating in professional development through ongoing education opportunities and regular supervision to refine your clinical skills in line with best practices.

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will play a pivotal role in creating and nurturing a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to share and work through their challenges. The holistic approach we adopt means we view each client as a whole person, considering their unique experiences and backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate a trusting rapport with clients.
• Deep empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to working with clients facing varying mental health challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle caseloads efficiently while meeting administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, experience with specific therapeutic modalities, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and prior exposure to outpatient mental health settings will be advantageous. Furthermore, candidates with experience in teletherapy and an understanding of virtual counseling dynamics will be particularly suited for this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, which is commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
