• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing screening tools and interviews to gather relevant information.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating recognized therapy modalities in a client-centered approach.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through teletherapy, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients to engage in their healing process.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Your clientele will largely consist of individuals facing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our practice is committed to being inclusive and accessible, offering telehealth services to clients who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions due to geographical or health-related obstacles.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) within the state of Florida.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, characterized by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep sense of empathy and respect for the varied experiences and challenges faced by clients, fostering a non-judgmental and supportive therapy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed timely.

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy services, with a strong understanding of the technology required for effective virtual sessions.
• Previous clinical practice experience with diverse populations, particularly in treating anxiety, depressive disorders, and trauma-related issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation will be advantageous; experience with practice management software is a plus.
