This position is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients in a comfortable setting of your choice while still contributing significantly to our community health initiatives. You will utilize teletherapy platforms to connect with clients who may have mobility challenges or preferences for virtual engagement. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing tools and methodologies recognized in the mental health field.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual client assessments, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based approaches.
• Hold individual therapy sessions, fostering an open and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and emotions deeply.
• Set realistic therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring these goals are monitored regularly to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who require or prefer virtual interactions, ensuring that high-quality care is accessible regardless of location.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation to comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and ensure continuity of care.
• Engage proactively in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and seminars, thereby enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will play a crucial role in creating a safe space for clients to navigate their experiences and work towards healing.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Possess effective organizational and time-management capabilities, crucial for managing a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or private practice is advantageous, particularly working with varied demographics.
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote engagement is preferred to optimize client interaction and care delivery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as TherapyNotes or similar tools to maintain accurate client information and documentation.
