Job description

Signature Healthcare has been caring for our community for 125 years and we will continue to care for our community for the next 125 years. We are seeking primary care providers who want to help us continue our legacy of delivering safe, high-quality healthcare for all.

Our Primary Care Providers practice medicine as part of a multidisciplinary team caring for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds across 15 ambulatory locations in southeastern Massachusetts.

Our schedule is four clinical days and one administrative day. We offer physician representation on our Board of Directors, integrated care coordination with support staff, and full marketing support to help grow our provider's practices. Signature Healthcare also offers our providers clinical administrative support, which enables them to focus exclusively on the clinical aspects of outpatient care.

Signature Healthcare is an environment where a practice can grow and a provider can excel. We believe our distinctive team approach is the way healthcare should be: medical professionals across many locations communicating and collaborating, taking advantage of technologies and resources to make a difference in the lives and health of our patients and the community.

We serve a population of approximately 420,000 in a primary service area of 20 communities with total of 2,700 staff members seeing patients in Abington, Bridgewater, Brockton, Hanson, Easton, Randolph, and Raynham. Signature Healthcare is committed to continuous process improvement. We practice using the Lean management system, providing all employees a significant role in improving our environment of care through problem solving, generating improvement suggestions, goal setting and measuring results.
