Signal Techs often encounter challenges such as troubleshooting complex signal failures, working in adverse weather conditions, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Effective communication with team members and other departments is essential to quickly resolve issues and minimize service disruptions. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and safety standards, as well as participating in ongoing training, can help Signal Techs address these challenges and perform their roles efficiently.
