Thisunifiedinternshippostingallowsyoutoapplyoncewhileindicatingyourpreferencefor one offourinvestmentteams:Infrastructure,NaturalResources,PrivateEquity,RealEstate or Credit Investments. Youwillbeintegratedintoyourpreferredteam(basedon fit and businessneeds) andactivelyparticipateinanalyzing,executing, andmanaginginvestmentsinprivateassetsglobally.

Dependingon theinvestmentteamyoujoin,yourresponsibilitiesmayinclude:

Infrastructure Investments

• Conductpreliminaryanalysisofinvestmentopportunitiesandassessinvestmentthesesincludingkeymeritsandrisks

• Builddetailedfinancialmodels(DCF valuation),determineandsubstantiatekey valuationassumptions,conductsensitivityanalyses

• Researchrelevant public information on comparablecompaniesandprecedenttransactions

• Participatein key due diligenceactivitiesandcoordinateworkperformedbythird-partyadvisors

• Prepareinvestmentmemorandumsandpresentrecommendationsto the Infrastructure InvestmentCommittee

NaturalResourcesInvestments

• Supportinvestmentteammembersinanalyzingpotentialprivateequitytransactions in agriculture,timber, and animalproteinassets

• Participatein active management of the NaturalResourcesgroup'scurrentinvestmentportfolio

• Support due diligenceprocessesfor newinvestmentopportunities

• Developandvalidatefinancialmodelsrelatedtoinvestments

• Conductindustryresearchon newinvestmentopportunitiesinforestryand agriculturesectors

• Assistin draftinginvestmentrecommendationsandstrategicpresentations

PrivateEquity

• Assistdealteamsonexecutionof transactions,includingco-investmentsincompaniesandexternalfundcommitments

• Participateinrelationshipand portfolio managementexercises,supportingcoverageteamswithholisticasset managementactivities

• Performinvestmentdue diligence,includingindustryandcompany-specificresearchusingprimaryandsecondarysources

• Assistin thepreparationofinvestmentcommitteematerials

• Performfinancial, valuation, andreturnsanalysison newopportunities

RealEstateInvestments

• Supportanalystsin active management ofPSP'srealestateportfolioacrosstheAmericas

• Analyzepotentialrealestatetransactions (financialmodeling,economicfeasibility)acrossvariousasset classes and structures (residential, office,industrial,retail,joint ventures,funds)

• Participatein due diligenceprocessesfor realestateacquisitions and dispositions

• Contributeto asset managementdecisionsrelatedtofinancing,hedgingcontracts, leasing, capitalexpenditures, andredevelopments

• Research,synthesize, andanalyzedata onvariousrealestatemarkets

• Collectinformation and update the realestateinvestmentteam'sdatabase

Credit Investments

• Provide support to the investment teams during all phases of the credit investments process.

• Assist with investment screening (preparation and presentation), financial modelling and accounting analysis, industry and sector analysis (qualitative and quantitative), transaction due diligence

• Be given the opportunity to participate in the investment decision process, assist in drafting and / or reviewing legal documentation, prepare investment recommendation memos and contribute to post-investment portfolio monitoring

• Complete an end of internship project consisting of an investment recommendation memo that will be presented to our team's investment committee

Education

• Currently enrolled in aBachelor of Commerce(Finance, Accounting),Master'sin financeor accounting,MBA, or degrees inEconomics, Engineering, Mathematicswith strong academic standing

• Highacademicachievementrequired
