Signal helpers assist signal maintainers with the repair, maintenance, and construction of signal equipment, such as electric switch machines, crossing equipment, and wayside signals, for a railroad. Your responsibilities in this career include digging, wiring, cabling, and painting over or removing graffiti from equipment for inside and outside locations. You may be asked to serve as a watchman when necessary. You are also expected to use company vehicles occasionally. Other duties include cleaning, lubing, inspecting, and troubleshooting signal equipment, changing light bulbs and broken lenses, and removing snow during emergency and storm duty. You may also be asked to cut trees and shrubs that interfere with signal equipment.

We are seeking a Traffic Signal, Roadway Construction skilled and semi skilled individuals to become an integral part of our team! We have several projects in the Harlingen Rio Grand Valley area and are need of knowledgeable, hard working, caring and experienced personnel. Training is available for the right persons that does not have prior experience. Installation of underground conduit and concrete boxes. Carpenters, utility, plumbers, skilled laborers and common laborers. Experience is compensated at competitive rates.

We have been in business since October of 1990, and incorporated in April of 1999. Since our inception we have catered to the growing technical needs of our customers. We have been contracting for traffic signal system installations as well as Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS), roadway lighting and traffic control systems in and around the Texas area since September of 1999. Our staff has over one hundred and sixty years of experience installing traffic signal systems and extensive experience in all the fields mentioned. We have completed numerous projects of all types of work in and around the Houston area ranging in price from thousands of dollars to several million. Projects have been completed as being a general contractor and as well as a sub-contractor to major roadway contractors.
We specializes in the installation and maintenance of Intelligent Traffic Management Systems and is one of the top contractors in that area of expertise in the country.
