Job description

Evergreen Sign Company is looking for experienced signage installers to join our team right away! We design and install custom interior and exterior signage for a wide range of industries—including highway traffic signage—and we need skilled professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship.


As a Signage Installer, you’ll work with materials like HDU, ACM, acrylic, aluminum cabinets, vinyl, digital prints, and more. You’ll also handle excavation equipment, stonework, concrete, grout/mortar, and traffic signage installation for major projects.


What You’ll Do

  • Safely and efficiently install all types of signage—including highway traffic signs—using bucket trucks, ladders, and man lifts
  • Perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, loading trucks, and digging footings
  • Manage truck inventory and ensure proper stocking before leaving the shop
  • Conduct site surveys and consult with customers
  • Read and interpret site plans and architectural drawings, reporting discrepancies
  • Deliver high-quality work on schedule


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous signage installation experience is required
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and maintain excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Great customer service skills for internal and external clients
  • General construction knowledge
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Commitment to safety at all times
