Job description

Job Description: As a Labor Liaison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of installation projects nationwide. You will be the primary point of contact between our company and external labor teams, responsible for managing relationships, scheduling installations, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external labor vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and logistics for signage projects across various locations.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers and design teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Awarding projects to contractors within budget

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the signage, construction, or related industries.
