Job description
This is a key position inside a boutique custom sign company operating in the metropolitan Raleigh, NC market serving a varied customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This is a ideal job to work directly with our entire team and all functions and if desired move into greater responsibility positions depending on your interest and proven skills. This is a stepping stone to a becoming a General Manger like position
This job will start as NOT REMOTE and based on the individuals performance, relationship building and learning capabilities, has the potential to be hybrid, but never fully remote. Hence proximity to Apex, NC is not negotiable. This position qualifies for quarterly performance bonuses based on revenue targets set each quarter. There is also 401-K plan
Responsibilities
  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant sub-contractors and customers of progress in real time
  • Coordinate plans across functions and sub-contractors to efficiently quarter-back the delivery of the project
  • Documenting and implementing processes and leveraging automation opportunities with use of computers

Qualification
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Ability to use modern project management tools and learning new software programs like Trello, etc.
  • Passion for using computer/software to create automation of processes is a big plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Empathy for other people's work from design, to manufacturing, to installation.
