Job description

The Opportunity

i360technologies is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to serve as the primary contractor lead responsible for overall management, coordination, and execution of planning activities supporting a large-scale federal financial modernization initiative.

The PM provides leadership across Additional Operating Capabilities (AOC) Implementation Planning and Migration Planning workstreams and ensures compliance with federal financial management, cybersecurity, and acquisition requirements. This role operates in a FedRAMP Moderate, NIST 800-53 controlled environment and supports a multi-agency federal transformation program.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as primary point of contact to the Contracting Officer\'s Representative (COR).
  • Lead execution of Order 2 (AOC Planning) and Order 3 (Migration Planning).
  • Develop and maintain integrated project management plans; oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Facilitate executive-level governance meetings and status briefings.
  • Manage interdependencies between implementation planning and migration planning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to FISMA, FedRAMP Moderate, and NIST 800-53 control requirements; oversee POA&M tracking and risk mitigation activities.
  • Support Authority-to-Operate (ATO) lifecycle coordination; ensure documentation meets federal audit and inspection standards.
  • Coordinate across component bureaus and serviced agencies; facilitate cross-agency planning workshops and support executive reporting and program reviews.
  • Manage contractor key personnel and planning team; allocate resources effectively and monitor performance metrics and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale federal IT or financial modernization programs.
  • Experience managing Moderate-impact federal systems.
  • Experience supporting ATO processes and compliance oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and reporting structures. Bachelor\'s degree required (Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field preferred); Master\'s degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.

  • AOC Implementation Planning and Migration Planning workstreams execute on scope, schedule, and budget with minimal risk escalations.
  • FISMA, FedRAMP Moderate, and NIST 800-53 compliance requirements are consistently met, with clean ATO documentation.
  • Cross-agency stakeholders view the PM as a trusted, single point of coordination across component bureaus and partner agencies.
Security & Eligibility Requirements
  • US. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and FBI fingerprinting
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential
  • Compliance with Bureau of the Fiscal Service Security Rules of Behavior
  • Completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
  • Work must be performed within the United States (remote access from foreign locations is not permitted)
