MRM Health is looking for a Project Manager to own and manage a full range of deliverables (digital, social, print) for an assigned brand from concept to final delivery. The Project Manager will assist in the planning and delivery of digital solutions on time, on budget, on strategy, and at the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage projects for an assigned brand(s) through the full life cycle of the project from concept to deployment.
- Develops and manages all schedules, resource projection and consumption, team expectations, and budgets for assigned jobs.
- Ensure all deadlines are met, project budget is monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages; collaborate with Account Management team to manage client expectations and project workflow.
- Understands, upholds, and enforces internal procedures; understands Client processes and develops timelines accordingly.
- Works with team to develop all project documentation, including meeting follow up and next steps to digital documentation needed for project execution.
- Risk mitigation related to scope and quality including communicating clear description of problems and potential solutions to senior staff in anticipation of problems or when they arise.
- Manage internal review, approval, presentation preparation and presentation/delivery to client w/ team.
- Lead routing process for assigned projects through Ziflow; review deliverables with cross-functional team members.
- Ensure that project time tracking and budget reconciliations are accurate and updated.
- Ensure Quality Assurance carried out on all deliverables.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years project management in an agency setting in either Project Management or Account.
- Web development and/or online marketing environment with experience managing projects in at least one of the following or related categories: e-Business, e-Commerce, application development, online advertising or email marketing.
- Understanding of the influence and interactions between business requirements, agency/client/third party dynamics and interactive deliverables.
- Working knowledge of Online Advertising, Email Marketing and Web Development including, primary and secondary research, strategy, design, editorial, information architecture, usability, and technology with demonstrable strengths in one or more.
- Video experience a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership of process and results.
- Strong interpersonal, writing and verbal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to influence others in these areas.
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task.
- Ability to motivate teams.
- Comfort with various platforms, including SmartSheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
This role will be located in NYC. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.$75,000-$90,000
