Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is immediately hiring for a Project Manager with 5+ years proven experience working in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, Office and Mixed Use projects. The ideal candidate should have operative knowledge of Building + ADA codes, with drive and ability to manage multiple projects from construction documentation through administration.

Preferred Candidate Requirements:
• 5 years of experience managing commercial projects
• Advanced AutoCAD skills with knowledge of Sketch-Up + Revit
• Proactive coordination congruent to Principal involvement
• Ability to lead well in a team environment
• Synchronizes with team to meet Code and Zoning requirements
• Versed with California Building Codes and Title 24 Code Compliance
• Standard ADA Code knowledge with ability to complete ADA Survey
• Industry practice of commonly used concepts, standards, and procedures
• Able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment
• Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics
• High level of organization and attention to detail
