  • Lead graphic installation both in-house and on-site (vinyl wall murals, acrylics, dimensional signage, custom substrates).
  • Develop internal production processes and build relationships with external vendors to hold them accountable for quality and wholesale pricing.
  • Manage project schedules, deadlines, material inventories, and job cycles from prepress to final install.
  • Support other departments through clear communication and collaboration.

What you will be bringing:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a crew and meet hard production deadlines.
  • Knowledge of various print substrates (acrylic, wood, vinyl, metals, foam) and structural graphic setup.

You’re a good fit if you:

  • Have a proven track record in sign shop, wide-format print, or museum exhibit production environments.
  • Possess a strong technical background in file setup, color accuracy, and material selection for physical spaces.
  • Have experience managing large-scale, multi-component signage and environmental graphic projects.
  • Are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced custom fabrication shop.

We offer on-the-job training, growth opportunities, competitive wages, solid benefits including medical and dental, awesome projects, and a highly creative environment. Compensation DOE.
