Job Profile
Job Summary
Coordinates a system wide program to develop, implement and maintain corporate interiors, including Art, and Furniture. Assists with signage types and placement and coordinates with system signage manager. Develops system standards and manages designs and procurement for construction related projects, including interiors refresh. Works with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Assists in managing stakeholder expectations, team communication and consultant coordination as required. Provides project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications and material selections required for construction. Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples. Manages scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors for program elements. Manage interior design projects and space planning tasks to ensure that all design elements and space configurations are accurately represented and compliant with relevant standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Degrees / Work Experience / School Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business Management (And) Two (2) Years Work Experience related to Healthcare-Design/Construction & Construction Administration or related industry experience to include 1 Year of Project Management Experience
(Or)
High School Diploma or GED (And) Six (6) Years Work Experience related Healthcare-Design/Construction & Construction Administration or industry experience to include one year project management
