Job description

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our Franklin, IN team. This position supports our growing residential installation division while removing old HVAC equipment and ductwork, replacing it with new equipment, and testing completed installs for proper setup. Working a schedule of Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays, this position earns a competitive $40,000-$120,000 per year, based on skills and experience, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus.
