Job Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our client's production team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain printing and cutting machines to ensure high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain digital printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and heat presses.
  • Load and adjust materials to ensure proper alignment and quality output.
  • Monitor machines during operation to detect errors or inconsistencies.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on printing and cutting equipment.
  • Work closely with the design team to meet print specifications and quality standards.
  • Weed, mask, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping of finished products as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a vinyl printing or signage environment.
  • Familiarity with large-format printers, plotters, and laminators is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
