Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Engineer to join our manufacturing operations team in Brazil, Indiana. This onsite role plays a critical part in optimizing, troubleshooting, and improving chemical manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient, and high-quality plant operations.

The Process Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze production data, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, R&D, and EHS teams. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational performance through process optimization, technology implementation, and engineering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on:

    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
