**Job Description:**
As a Sign Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of a variety of signage solutions. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, utilizing technical skills, light industrial tools, and attention to detail to ensure each sign meets our high standards. No two days are the same, and most of the work is performed independently. On the job positive customer service required, and problem solving to get it done right.
**Responsibilities:**
- Reliable Hours Monday - Friday
- Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and street signs up to 45' high.
- Read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, use basic tablet skills for job tasks and photo uploads.
- Operate installation tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and accurate installations.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare sites for installation.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstration of internal motivation, drive to contribute, or achieve more.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in sign installation or related field (physical labor).
