What You'll Do!

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic seasonal part-time Sign Holders to join our team! In this role, you'll be the cheerful ambassador of our dispensary, wielding a sign like a pro and attracting curious customers to our new locations in CT! With a smile and a wave, you'll engage with the community, spreading the word about our products and special offers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Stand outside the dispensary(s) and hold promotional signs to attract foot traffic.
  • Engage with passersby in a friendly manner to encourage them to visit Rejoice.
  • Follow designated schedules and locations for sign-holding activities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing our brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current promotions and events.
  • Follow all safety and legal guidelines related to cannabis advertising.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the signage and surrounding area.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and potential improvements to signage and promotions.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, holding a sign, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of cannabis products and culture is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
