Signtech is hiring experienced Sign Installers to join a professional team known for exceptional craftsmanship, safety, and high-profile projects across the country. From illuminated channel letters and pylons to large-scale Highrise signage, you’ll help build signs that businesses are proud to showcase.
If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, solving problems in the field, and taking pride in quality work — we’d like to talk with you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Install illuminated & non-illuminated signage.
  • Operate lifts, ladders, crane trucks & swing stages.
  • Read blueprints, drawings & site measurements.
  • Troubleshoot field installation challenges.
  • Maintain high safety & quality standards.
  • Represent Signtech professionally on job sites.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 4+ years of sign installation experience.
  • Experience with electrical, fabrication, or crane work preferred.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Strong work ethic & attention to detail.
  • Reliable, professional & team-oriented attitude.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Welding Certifications.
  • Class A CDL.
  • Crane Certification.
  • Electrical Experience
  • Rigging or Swing-Stage Experience.
