TRP Construction Group, LLC, operating in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is a rapidly growing Striping Company committed to safety and excellence. We are seeking a Traffic Control/ Permanent Sign Installer to join our Highway Striping Team. This role is vital to maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow by installing and maintaining permanent traffic signs and control devices in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair permanent traffic signs, poles, and related support structures.
  • Set up traffic control devices to ensure safety during installation and maintenance.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess sign condition and placement accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in traffic control, sign installation, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and instructions.
