KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Renewals Management
  • Own and manage the full renewals lifecycle - from early-stage outreach to contract execution - in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor and manage customer contract portfolios to ensure 100% on-time renewals and minimize churn.
  • Develop, refine, and execute renewal strategies and scalable processes that deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify risks of contract cancellations early and implement targeted retention strategies to mitigate them.
  • Negotiate renewal terms with clients, balancing customer needs with company objectives.

Customer Success & Relationship Management
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to promote trust, loyalty, and contract renewals.
  • Understand customer goals and business needs deeply; present tailored renewal options that align with their evolving requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the renewal process by providing timely, professional, and responsive service.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to renewals promptly and effectively.

Growth & Upsell
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on them.
  • Work with partners such as Siemens, Salesforce, and Snowflake to unlock additional value for customers and expand contract scope.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Provide regular, data-driven updates to leadership on renewal pipeline, status, trends, and forecasts.
  • Track and report on renewal activities, KPIs, and outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, and Operations teams to streamline the renewal process and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of PROLIM's products, services, and competitive positioning.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Required
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Renewals Management, Customer Success, or Account Management role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding renewal rate targets and driving revenue retention.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred
  • Experience working with or establishing technology partnerships with Siemens, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar enterprise vendors.
  • Prior exposure to PLM, IT services, or Engineering solutions industries.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS renewal best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or collaborating with junior team members.
