Job description

Job Title: NC Programmer – (VERICUT + POST-PROCESSOR SME)

Location: El Cajon , CA (Remote)

Duration: 6 – 12 months

Role Summary:

Optimize Post-Processing between NC Programs and Machine and support VERICUT verification analysis… Skills to build tools / machines in VERICUT…

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Diploma / Engineering in mechanical or production or manufacturing with 4-6 yrs of strong NC programming background in precision machining
  • Experience with DMU equipment and Siemens controls/programming environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and support production execution.
  • Knowledge of tooling/fixture considerations, and familiarity with NX or related CAM environments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, test, and optimize NC programs for machining operations.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, tooling requirements, and process plans
  • Support setup, prove-out, and shop floor issue resolution
  • Improve program efficiency and machining performance
  • Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, machinists, and quality teams.
