What does a Siebel developer do?

A Siebel Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements. They work on customizing Siebel modules, integrating the software with other systems, and resolving technical issues. Siebel Developers also write scripts, workflows, and configuration changes to optimize CRM functionality, ensuring that the software aligns with organizational processes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Siebel developer, and why are they important?
