Job description

  • Ensure vigilance on H&S coordination plan availability prior to Field Service Engineers trip for site operations (New equipment and Services)
  • Author, implement, and administer appropriate QEHS&S policies and programs.
  • Secure Security Travel Management for all interventions in the region                                                                                               
  • Secure mapping, monitoring, development plan, follow up for training programs related to QHSE&S for employees.
  • Secure controlling and vigilance of PPE setup and availabilities for employees
  • Execution of audits and consequent correction/improvement plan
  • Interact with Sourcing for suppliers' evaluations and correction plans.
  • Drive Communications and initiatives with other functions linked to QHSE&E for employees.
  • Track and trend reporting of incidents and calculate injury frequencies for corporate and OSHA compliance.
  • Complete accident/illness investigations; documenting as is appropriate and communicating with government agencies and vendors.
  • Lead and facilitate the safety committee.
  • Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
  • Evaluate safety deficiencies, authoring and communicating documentation relative to the same.
  • Conduct safety training and education programs for OSHA compliance including, NFPA, ANSI and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
  • Provide regular reporting for status and escalate critical risk observations.
  • Provide new-employee health and safety orientations and develop materials for these presentations.
  • Lead site changes to encourage performance expectations for safe behaviour to guarantee employee safety.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
