About the Role
We are looking for an Operator to join our Operations team in Richmond, VA. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Moving materials in a safe and orderly way using equipment.
  • Also perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Ideal candidate for this position will possess 1 year of experience with operator certifications.
  • Individuals must possess an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge, able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, OSHA 10 training at minimum/30 preferred, forklift (all kinds) and fall protection trained, mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor).
  • Experience with operating a skid steer and water truck is a huge plus.
  • Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
  • Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred:
  • Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
  • Must be able to work outside
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
  • Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
