Compensation: [$55–$65 per 30min session]

Job Overview:

Beanstalk Academy seeks skilled and motivated Early Intervention ABA/SI Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA/SI therapy to children (ages 0–3) in home, daycare, and/or center-based settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home or community-based therapy sessions

  • Coach and educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support communication

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with service coordinators and other providers (OT, PT, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field

  • NYS B-2 Teaching certification (SWD)

  • Previous ABA experience required; early intervention experience strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children ages 0–3

  • Experience with parent coaching and early intervention models
