We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious SUV Driver - In Training to join our student transportation team. In this transitional role, the driver will operate a company-provided SUV using a regular (non-CDL) driver's license to safely transport students to and from school and related activities. While in this role, the driver will be actively enrolled in a CDL C training program with the goal of obtaining a Passenger (P) endorsement. Upon licensure, the individual will advance into a CDL C SUV Driver position.

We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Mini-van Driver to join our student transportation team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality.
This position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate an mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations

  • Transport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting

  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment

  • Follow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors

  • Complete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports

  • Remain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board

Requirements:
  • Valid standard drivers license.

  • Must meet all DMV and DOT requirements

  • Clean driving record and strong attendance history

  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions
