About the Role:
Southwest Auto Sales in Roanoke, IN is looking for a friendly and reliable Automotive Shuttle Van Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our dealership while providing an essential service to our valued customers. If you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and being part of a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a couple of individuals to work 2-3 days per week. 

Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and professional manner
  • Pick up parts as needed for our Service Team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shuttle van at all times
  • Coordinate with the service department to manage customer pick-up and drop-off schedules
  • Greet and assist customers with a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
  • Follow all local traffic laws and dealership safety policies
  • Assist with light dealership errands and vehicle transport as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Prior experience in a driving, transportation, or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
