Job description

The Shuttle Driver provides shuttle bus services for employees and vendors at a major airport owned by a leading transportation, e-commerce, and logistics company. This position offers on-the-job training specific to the role. However, please note that we are not a CDL training facility and cannot provide CDL certification.

Pay: $20.50-$21.50 hour.

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety.
  • Provide reliable transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when needed.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and FCC-regulated radio channels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized driver area.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property.
  • Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed.
  • Report any incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right away.
  • Practice safe and defensive driving at all times.
  • Follow all DOT, Indiana Traffic, Client, and ABM laws, rules, and regulations.

Required:
Must have a valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement — this is required to be considered.

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • No diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College).
  • 0–1 year of commercial driving experience is acceptable.

Preferred:
• One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferred
