Job description

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting military applicants between the Armed Forces Recruiting Station in Grand Island, Kearney, and the Military Entrance Processing Station/Hotel in Omaha, NE. You will operate a company-provided Ford Expedition and work closely with the transportation team and dispatch coordinator to ensure timely and efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Transport military applicants safely along designated routes
  • Navigate routes using GPS and route management software
  • Operate and maintain the company-provided vehicle
  • Ensure compliance with DOT physical and safety regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service
  • Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members via company phone and tablet

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Clear police record check
