If so, Lifetouch is looking for a customer-focused Sales Account Executive to retain and grow existing business in Northern MN and North Dakota area. Join us and be a part of our rapidly growing, high performing Sales Team!    
 
What You’ll Do Here:    
Retain & Grow Existing Business     
  • Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled site visits and calls 
  • Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account 
  • Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts 
Gain New Business     
  • Builds, maintains, and strengthens long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Generates new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales 
  • Utilizes Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting 
The Skills You’ll Bring:    
  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training  
  • Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs 
  • Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system 
  • Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
